Previously at Feros Care for 20 years Jennene grew the business from $3m in annual turnover to a $100m enterprise, winning international awards for digital transformation and innovative service models. Now, she is the founding partner and director at Enkindle Consulting, which exists to support government, peak bodies and aged care providers through the next 5 years of reform to create a world class aged care system. Currently, Jennene serves on the National Aged Care Advisory Council, Aged Care IT Council and Digital Health Advisor with the Australian Digital Health Agency.

 

TASH EDWARDS

With foundations in commercial banking and finance, Tash moved into the people care industry, and for 10 years has been leading next practice workforce, change management, service design and consumer experience teams within

the aged care and disability industries. As a founding partner and director of Enkindle Consulting, Tash has worked with the federal government on the aged care reform and supported health, aged care employment and first nation organisations on a range of projects in telehealth, strategic workforce, leadership, culture, service deployment, product and design.
